Day 26 - A pairing that you hated and ended up loving?
Day 27 - A pairing that you loved and ended up hating?
Day 28 - A pairing that you will never understand?
I usually understand the underlying base for why people like a pairing, even if I think that pairing is delusional or ridiculous. Except for one. L/Light. I get the whole love/hate, angry!sex thing and I know it's particularly popular in slash fandoms. But there is no love/hate in this pairing. Only hate. True, unadulterated, soul-consuming hatred so deep that they want to murder each other. In fact that's the entire plot of the first half of Death Note: L and Light in a contest to see who can kill the other first. There's nothing sexy or subtextual about it. To pair them up is to find appeal in majorly sadistic, extremely abusive relationships, and that I will never understand.
Day 29 - What ship had the best proposal?
Ed/Winry. Ed was just so awkward and adorkable and just SO ED. And Winry facepalming because he's so awkward and adorkable. Also, equivalent exchange: you give me half of your life and I'll give you half of mine. That's how it's supposed to be.

Date: 2010-11-02 07:14 am (UTC)Syd and Vaughn 4ever! God, they were so adorable so often. "My guardian angel."
The Roy/Riza pic is just... guh. Oh, Hawkeye, how so hot?
I'm not really a big Eric/Sookie fan, but the high difference in that photo and Sookie's hair in a delicious ponytail... that works for me. That works for me a LOT.
Kahlan and Richard's expressions are FANTASTIC.

Little known Cyn fact: Riza Hawkeye is my favorite female manga character ever.

Yes and so is their hair. I want to steal hers and run my fingers through his all day. XD
