The fourth couple is Nana (aka Hachi) and Nobu from NANA. They are the sweetest couple ever, but they have so much drama getting in the way of their happiness. It kinda breaks my heart just to look at them for too long. And it really sucks that the mangaka is ill and the series has been on hiatus for well over a year. It probably won't continue. :(
