OMFG why does Sasuke keep getting credited for killing shinobi HE DIDNT KILL!!!??!?!?! Zabuza was killed by a bunch of thugs and finished off by Kakashi. Deidara killed himself. Why does everyone think Sasuke--who doesnt last more than 30 seconds with the Raikage and Mizukage and only escapes through some new fucking hax (kinda like w/ Deidara...)--did these things!?

I want to sympathize with Sasuke, but its continually impossible. Fuck you, Kishimoto. Sasuke needs to DIAF now.

That irks me too. The only thing I can think is damn, Kishi's trying really hard to make it come across that his reputation is pretty much undeserved. Even Sasuke said that killing Orochimaru wasn't that hard because snakeface was so sick - and he didn't kill all of him - and then Itachi was the one who got the rest of Orochimaru out. So yeah, Sasuke is pretty much completely useless.

sometimes i dont know if kishi is deliberately trying to make sasuke impossible to understand/identify with, or if he really is just a sasuke fanboy.

He's definitely in love with eyeball-jutsu ninjas in general. I have never thought that Sasuke was supposed to be a sympathetic character, those were the roles that Sakura and Naruto were supposed to embody. If anything he's supposed to demonstrate how easy it is for someone to take a bad path and how hard it is to go back once you're on your way. The only person that can save him at this point is Naruto, and the fact that Naruto still loves him is the only reason most people want him saved at all.

LMAO. You are so right about that. I said the same thing when I read the new manga. Though, I think I will be sad when Sasuke dies. But that's cause I'm a big softy. Amen, sister! I totally agree with you. Yeah sure, I admit I used to pity Sasuke because his whole family was killed but seriously he just needs to die. I think it's safe to say that everyone is pretty much over his angsty/emo kid tantrums and he is no where near as powerful as Itachi. I swear, he must be God-moding because just as he's about to die (ex. his fight with the kages) something just happens so he miraculously survives.

Of course, most of my frustration is with Naruto and everyone. I mean, there's only SO MUCH a person can say and DO to tell them that he does NOT want to go back home but for some reason, they're just not getting the message.

whew that was a long rant. sorry 'bout that :P

Holy hell, this is one thing I COMPLETELY agree with you upon. Kishi's fanboyisms for Sasuke are just out of hand...Kishi's made it un heard of to sympathise with him for years now. I thought the exact same thing...Kakashi practically killed Zabuza but was technically killed by the thugs, Deidara blew himself up..okay I'm only reiterating what you said but still. X_X
