I read AS MUCH AS I COULD GET MY HOT LITTLE HANDS ON back in highschool, including the novels, but it's been a while so I'm a little rusty on some of it. But I really liked it, and saw it listed in your interests, so! :D Also YES SKYWISE <333 ...Now I have to go raid our library system to see what they've got ElfQuest-wise. |D

And TBH, I have a huge soft spot for Aragorn/Eowyn--I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that Tolkien himself had said that they were actually probably the best match for each other temperament-wise, but with the way everything happened, it just wasn't meant to be.

Im kinda rusty too. Ive read up to the point where Ember becomes chief, but no further. I want to read the whole thing again, so Im trying to find it online. I think thats a better bet than the library, since they were always hard to find, especially the later ones. EQ was actually what started me drawing seriously too. I used to draw fanart & reproductions from the comic. Gawd they were bad. I refuse to show people. XD

I love Sam/Rosie too, but i had to go with Galadriel/Celeborn because they seem like such an admiring, egalitarian couple. (also, marton csokas yum)

what i love is that they have ALL the chapters/oneshots/etc online, including ones that have never been published in hardcopy. i know what i'll be doing for the next few days. (took me a minute to remember to read left to right though) XD

i also like that the Pini's encourage fanworks. many of the side stories are tantamount to doujinshi, drawn & written by talented fans with creators approval.
