Its tricky with pairings in Bleach because there are so many allusions to canonization...everyone has someone they have feelings for or are hinted at having a relationship with, but only a little actual canonization.

Canon: Hitsugaya/Hinamori. If that's not canon enough for you then Shinji/Hiyori :)
Fanon: Matsumoto/Shuuhei
Dislike: Ichigo/Rukia

Special Mention: Ulquiorra/Orihime. *celebrates canonization* We knew there was something there! >:D
